Environmental factors?

please tell me a good site from where i can get information on environmental factors affecting wireless signal transmission with some description. I have been googling and searching in yahoo, but i couldn't find any relevant info.

It is not environmental change that affects the wireless. The normal weather has affected the propagating of radio waves for many years.
