Error message when I run Adaware

I have been using the Adaware free software for some years and yesterday it would not open and I got an error message when I tried to run it that says this "Ocorreu o Erro d mascara: 19811. Descricao : Nao e Possivel transferor Graficos.

No idea what language it is but it doesn't look right to me so I performed a virus scan which turned up nothing. I deleted the software and reloaded it from the website with the updates and still the same. I run AVG free on XP.

Any thoughts greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jackson.

Boot in "safe mode with networking support," then go to Trendmicro.com and run their free online scanner tool "Housecall."  Sounds to me like your computer caught something.
