This is why and I'm sure most will agree with this:

With a blackberry all emails get pushed to your device without the Blackberry posting a request for new email.

Like when you have mail in the Post Office your mail man delivers your mail to your house instead of you calling the post office every 15 or 30 minutes to check if you have received new mail and to request a delivery.

Now the other things that a Blackberry can do are:

SMS/Text Messaging

Multimedia Messaging

Video/Audio Streaming

Wireless Modem

Wireless Internet

Instant Messaging

Quad-band HSDPA/EDGE

Man I wish I could keep going but the final thing is that

For me it is the convenience it provides. I am able to access all my e-mails and messages directly on my phone. Also, I have access to all my contacts' information, as well as my tasks and calendar items. Then, I can get on the Internet and access web sites, as well as snap pictures with the camera.

Well, if you're like my mother, you'll get obsessed with it, and it's text alerts, email alerts and ringtones will go off every 2 seconds so you can't have a proper conversation with anyone.
