Is there any way to link a Cell in one tab of a spreadsheet to a cell in another tab? I'm using the 2003 Version

  1. just type =, then use your mouse to navitage to the other sheet/file, click the cell you want then hit enter

    the general syntax is

    =[fielname]SheetName!A1  (where A1 is the cell reference)

    this works for any formula (sum, count, etc)

    =SUM([FILENAME]SHEETNAME!A1:A50)
