Excessive night sweating?

Yes, it might be menopause, depending on your age, but there are other reasons as well. Do get it checked out please, just in case......

If you're in your 40's (or 50's or late 30's) it could be menopause.  It certainly sounds like "night sweats" to me (and exactly what I suffer through most nights).

I keep a fan on in my room at night, and sleep in light PJ's, and keep the bedclothes in layers, so I can toss off or pull on what I need to be comfortable.

Talk to your doctor, especially if you're at or beyond the age for menopause.
