Exchange programmes?

are there any organisations that will send me on exchange programmes, so i can go and live in USA for a bit?

There are literally hundreds. Unfortunately, not all are solid and reputable.

Your first start should be checking on the CSIET list. Those programs are at least certified. (www.csiet.org) However, even those aren't the best..
