Exchange rates!?

heya im gointo greece with a bunch of pals next week and im wonderin weres the best place to get the most for pound, the nearsetthing to me shop wis ecus i wann be able to go in a shop not ove rthe net is the post ofice which is doin a okis rate, but my dad sed do half here then half in greec cus you get good rates? any advice on what or wer to go please? x x thank you

Just change a small amount for the first day and then use the many cash machines in Greece where you get your money exchanged at the daily rate by withdrawing Euros..

Now that the Euro is here, things have changed. The drachma is no more. When the drachma was around, people were interested in buying a strong currency such as pounds or dollars.Now with the Euro, there is no point. Play it safe, and change your money at a safe place, such as a bank. Trust me on this one!
