Exciting mythology...?

Question

We have an upcoming storytelling assignment in Creative Writing class where we memorize a mythological tale and tell it to the class, incorporating eye contact, actions, ect. Does anyone know of any myths that would be exciting for me to tell to the class? Preferably with some humor?

Oh, and, yeah... it has to be a legitimate piece of folklore. Haha.

Both are kind of long but you could take an excerpt.

My only suggestion is to find something maybe that is Chinese or Japanese mythology. Most people will be doing Greek and Roman mythology so mix it up and do something different. Google different types of mythology.
