Exercising in cool temps vs hot?

I was wondering today if you burn more calories when working out in heat rather than cool. Anyone?

  2. you lose more weight in the hea because the heat makes you sweat more, which leads to losing more water weight.!

  3. Im not sure but logically wouldnt you sweat more in the heat??

    Also working out in the sun is proven to be more effective as you can work out for longer as the sunshine apparantly makes you 'happier' and more motivated so perhaps in the heat/sun there is more potential to burn more??
