Experimentation?

I believe the n**i's did carry out human experiemtnation, and my only question is how scientifically credible were the experiments they conducted?, and how much did they hlp advance modern medical science?.

And frankly, maybe not publicly, but I bet more than a fair share of ppl would concurr that although tragic, cruel and inhumane, human experimentation is something very nessesary for medical and scientific research ,and just glad, one way or another it was carried out somewhat, depsite the circumstance.

but again, morality not really the issue here.

  1. Yes, the n**i's did a lot of medical experimentation.  Follow the wikipedia link if you are interested.  People say, rightly so, that it is unethical.  But many of the scientists who worked in the concentration camps came to America and worked with the space program.  The information they learned helped keep our pilots and astronauts safe.

There were well-trained scientists and doctors in charge of the experiments.  They meticulously kept records.  If you're ever in Washington D.C., check out the holocaust museum.

your missing the point..the question is what came about from the experiments, thats what he doesn't know and is wondering, you don't know there wasn't anything..and frankly, considering the ppl involved were trained physicians and it was all conducted pretty professionally...

I wouldn't be suprised if, wether admitedly or not, more than a few times it played a role in modern medical science.Face it, you just can't get away from the moral issue, which is the problem.

  3. Well I'm sure we would know about it if there was. Once again most of the experiments were pointless and they tried to find out stuff that was simply not worth knowing.

  4. Point ot one medical advancement that came about by the "experiments" carried out by the n***s?

Can't think of one can you? It was torture, pure and simple.
