Expired water squirty toys..?

Question

how many people give their children's water sqirty toys an expiration date?

omg,...they get absolutely disgusting, don't they?

I will squeeze as much of the water out as I can and I even go so far as to soak them in bleach water every so often ( being sure to fill each one up with the bleach water!)...it's like they get scummier even faster!

Does anyone else feel this way and how do you deal with it?

I throw them away after a few bleach baths! ....lol...

oh i get absolutely freaked out by the bath toys! i throw them away every few months because i just cant quit thinking of the germs on them!! AHHH! i just buy the cheap dollar store toys so i can throw them away! i know how you feel!!!! i mean, that nasty water just sits in them if you cant get it all out.

No squirty toys allowed in this house either. I tend to be a germaphobe and could not handle that- yuck. I would be freaking out.

We don't use squirty bath toys because I cannot handle the slim and yuck.  I know my children may forever be scarred but I just can't handle it.  They will be in therapy for many years because of the injustices that I have cause them.
