  1. Yep, It's using force and weapons and I believe drugs to force s*x upon someone who says no. It can even be a husband or wife.

  2. Aggravated Sexual Assault is when one commits an aggravated assault of a sexual nature and who wounds, maims, disfigures or endangers the life of the complainant.

Depending on what constitutes aggravated sexual assault, is determined differently by every state and/or country.

  3. When you use a weapon to intimidate someone into having s*x against there own will.

  4. It's basically when someone sexually assaults another person with some kind of object and beats them up while doing so.

  5. Here it is!

Sexual assault is any touching or fondling unwanted.

Aggravated is any malicious touching or fondling unwanted.

The easy way of understanding is like this: if a person jumps a counter and grabs a girls b***s and feels her butt and fake humps her against the wall that is sexual assault.

If someone jumps out of a bush and forces himself upon a victim taking off her pants and groping her bare buns, licks her bare breast, and uses much more force or a weapon in the process then it is aggravated.  But not only weapons and force qualify, for even age difference can make it aggravated.  Say a 18 year old has sexually assaults a 13 year old, it automatically becomes aggravated in almost all states.
