Express mail on Sunday?

the USPS express mail site says "Delivery to most locations 365 days a year, including Sundays and holidays at no extra charge."

my package was sent out today (Saturday), will I get it tomorrow (Sunday)?

I was thinking Monday would be fine until I realized I wouldn't be home.

If it was sent out on Saturday by express then its guaranteed delivered on Sunday.  If it doesn't get there Sunday call up the sender and tell them to go and get their money back.  I hope the sender signed the waiver, that way if you're not home, and its a secure location, the item can be left w/o you having to sign for it.  If you're not home you'll get a peach colored slip.  Turn the slip over, sign it and write down where or who (a neighbor?) it can be left with.
