Extended warranty with Kay Jewelers?

My husband purchased me a ring and necklace from Kay Jewelers a couple of years ago. He purchased the extended warranty but never told me about it. I just found the warranty info and it says I had to take it in every 6 months for cleanings. Needless to say I haven't been doing this since I didn't know to. The jewelry is in good condition now and I would just to keep it that way with the warranty, he paid for it after all. Does anyone know if Kay will honor the warranty if I start taking it in now or is this a lost cause?

Make your best effort and I bet Kay will honor the warranty. Just think that many other customers are in your same possition.
