  1. yeh i guess id say so

my uncle couldnt see barley at all in one eye, you could shove two fingers in his face and hed wouldnt even guess cuz he couldnt see

after surgery he saw fine and pretty well

go for it, 72 years old and STILL YOUNG! woo!

  2. i would say it is possible for her to get the surgery. LASIK would be a good idea since it offers the best result and bigger range of age who that can participate. however, you must consider other factors for her qualification because she could get many long term effects and and negative side effects. so it is best, and also MUST to talk to the doctor and plann every detail, because there are risks, and might not be suitable for her. and if LASIK is not for her, there are other eye surgeries she caan get. but whatever you want, talk to the doctor until you know what you can do and what you want, and dont make decisions too quick.

notes: some factors you need to consider for your grandmother:

does she have any eye diseases?

does she have any autoimmune diseases?

does she take any medication regularly to control certain kinds of diseases?

does she hav diabetes, any disorders, etc?

does she have a history of slow recovery rates or getting infections easily

aand talk to your doctor =]

hope i helped and not too annoying

  3. I say, why not try researching natural vision strategies? The one I have found to work is this:

    http://www.amazon.com/Relearning-See-Imp...

read the reviews on amazon about how people have gained their 20/20 vision back naturally. This book can really change lives.

Anyway, I actually bought this book because I thought that the library did not have this book. That was back in maybe 2004. So I had to buy it. But, that was before I knew about interlibrary loan at the library--what that is is libraries borrowing books from other libraries. It will longer to arrive, but you won't have to spend money if some library in your state has it. I'm from CA, so it did.

Anyway, there's a lot more I can say, but anyway, this book talks about how eyesight is related to your right and left brain working together. anyway, read the reviews on amazon, or type in the book's name "relearning to See" on google to get more info.

    http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&sa=X&...

This book does, I'm pretty sure, address certain eye disorders, and yes, I think it will teach you to show your grandma how to correct her eye disorder naturally---for free--with the purchase of this book or borrowed from an interlibrary loan.

  4. Sure it's worth it. I wish her well. God bless. 2D
