Eye twitching?

my left eye has been twitching all day. not the normal eyelid twitches.. but it feels like its my eyeball. if i close my eyes and feel my eyelid, my eye is constantly but lightly twitching, and it also feels like it is straining a bit. What could be causing this?

I dont think thats abnormal.  Its usually just caused by tiredness or stress.  Im fairly sure its nothing to worry about.
