  1. Don't tug your eyes because it will only result in wrinkles in a couple of years!!! Use a regular Q-tip ( you can purchase it in drugstores) instead of your fingers. align it on top of your crease and close the eye you are working on gently. Apply your eye-liner. It works really well. Another tip I have is, if you have shaky hands ( like me) do smaller strokes. I just started using powder eyeliner (you apply it with an angular brush) and found out that it's easier to clean. Hope I helped.

There's this video on youtube that explains it better : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sdp_UAvA1...

  2. When i do my makeup what i do with my eyeliner i pull my i lid down and then i go slowly

  3. i use liquid eyeliner with a felt tip on the bottom, i pull down and apply and wala,

ya look like a million dollars!

    (:

  4. You shouldn't do it in one straight line, do it in wisps.

    this might help you

  5. i use liquid eyeliner and its really easy becuz if i make a mistake, i use eye makeup remover pads and you can make it perfect on your lash line!!

  6. I apply it under my lash line by pulling my eye up and applying it underneath.. But don't get it on the inside of your eyelid or else it will hurt for like 10 seconds.

  7. It depends on what type of liner you are applying.  You dont want to try and do one long line, take some strokes across the lid and try and get is as close to your lash line as possible.  If your using a pencil it helps to have a sharpened pencil.  I like to use a powder to line with using a angeled brush push the powder into your lash line, also practice makes perfect.

  8. Don't hold your breath when applying the line (it makes your hand shake).  Take a deep breath S-L-O-W-L-Y breathe out while making the line.  Also tugging your eyelid isn't the best approach - try to keep your eye half-open and go from there.  The only to "overcome" is the natual tendancy to blink when the cold liquid brush touches your eyelid.

(If your question is about pencil eyeliner - then make a thin line and with a very small applicator or brush - clean up the line with some very dark eye-shadow - it'll set the pencil.

  9. Smashbox offer a formula with a brush that allows you to apply in a straight line... check it out on QVC

  10. I use way to much liquid eye liner, and then I touch it up with a q-tip. More like several q-tips.
