F-Secure problems!?

Question

Well, I have F-Secure and I have run virus scan on the computer and it detected zwinky as several spyware viruses. I removed the file. But, F-Secure keeps detecting the bad files every day even though I thought I quarantined them! What should I do?

Try running F secure in safe mode.

If that doesnt work, then I would suggest useing this free program to remove it.
