Could a F0 Tornado knock a person over?

Don't ever try to stand in the way of a weak tornado, an f-0 could break branches off of trees and hurl them at you so the wind itself might not knock you down but the debris will. Depending on your size a f-0 can reach speeds up to 85mph.

It could.  An EF0 tornado has estimated wind speeds of about 65 to 85 mph, which probably would knock someone over if they were not well anchored.

Yes it could, but more likely you would be hit by debris within the tornado.  We had an F-0 tornado hit our house and our roof was damaged, but our entire yard was full of debris.
