Face Painting Party?

Question

My son is in first grade. For the end of year class party we are having a Face Painting party. I want to do some inexpensive decorations. If you have any ideas about cheap circus decorations please let me know. The party will be in class and I am footing the bill so the cheaper the better.

look at Oriental Trading Co.'s website (and sign up for their free catalogs) ... lots of inexpensive decorations and favors (alot of them in quantity).  I know alot of teachers use this site too...... lots of balloons seem like a good idea though:)
