Facebook Problem

Question

I am having trouble logging on to facebook. when i type in the web address it brings up a blue bar at the top of the page and nothing else. if i go to google and type in facebook login it gives me the option to login with my username and password. my homepage comes up but it doesn't have a right scrollbar and it doesn't load all the way down. When i click on anything on my homepage it either only loads a small strip at the top of the page or loads the page for a split second and then disappears. i have tried enabling all my active x controls and disabling my norton internet security. i don't know what else to do.
