Factoring polynomials:?

6)  4xy - 4xy - 30y = - 30y

5) 2(x-32) is correct.  You just factor out the number that is common to both terms.

6) is different.  That is a trinomial which can usually be factored, but it has two variables.  I have tried several ways to factor this one and just cannot seem to find a way to do it.  Check the problem and make sure you have written it correctly.  If you have, then you need to talk to your teacher cuz I'm stumped.
