Fainting? panic attack? seizure?

it starts with a tingling in my legs and they just give out and i fall and black out i can hear but i cant see and its so scary my whole body tingles and i cant help but fall and then when i recover i'm hyperventilating and stuff...????

Sounds like you are having a seizure, so I suggest you ask your doctor for a referral to see a neurologist, who will then do some tests such as an EEG and a MRI scan and this should confirm if you have epilepsy or not.
