Fake sennheiser cx300?

Hi! Okay, so I'm dying to get these sennheiser cx300 earphones, but I've heard that some of them are fake. Can you tell if the ones I'm looking to buy are fake or not? Thanks a ton!

these are real, HOWEVER, $50 or CX300? That's pathetic! that's way over priced, the MSRP of the CX300 is $40, buy them straight from Sennheiser if you're that desperate for CX300! "BUT", bare with me...i WOULDN'T buy the CX300...because i would buy the Creative Ep-630...WHY? well very simple...It's $25 not $40, it has a Symmetrical wire, Equal Wire length on both earphones vs CX300 Asymmetrical, which has a 2.5 times longer wire on the Right side than the left side. ( they design it this way so that if goes around the back of your head), and the final thing is...THEY ARE THE SAME PAIR OF EARPHONES! they import the drivers and sound signature is the SAME! So you save the the extra $25 ( or $15) and you get the SAME THING! not to mention there are less fakes and the glueing job on these are better than the CX300. So if you're gonna get the CX300, i would just go with the Ep-630. SERIOUSLY, get these instead!
