Family Video stores employment?

Have you ever worked for family video? What do you know about the manager position (training, probably) as far as training, relocation, etc.

One of the ladies where I used to work's daughter started out as a trainee when she was 19-20.  She is now in her 30's and has moved about 6 times with Family Video.  Remeber, that the place is open 7 days a week, 365/6 a year.  No days off for managment if regular workers call in.  Everyone generally works weekends and nights.  Usally only the manager is on days, but most work 6 days a week.
