Ansel Adams, he has several books which are a must you should read to learn the best photography techniques.

Henry Cartier Bresson who`s photographs are of daily life.

Handicap people:

Diane Arbus who showed in the 50s, peolpe that society was trying to hide from open view.

Joel-Peter Witkin who`s photographs are elaborated with dead people, heads of dead people, arms, legs, etc. people with deformities on their bodies.

People`s photographer:

Annie Leibovitz who has photographed very famous people and considered one of the best in its kind.

Richard Avedon who`s photographs show the working class and the common individual.

Studio:

I would recommend David LaChapelle, the color and production of his photos are amazing.

Nude:

Helmut Newton, the quallity of his B/W photos and the famous people he shows are incredible.

Still Nature:

Laura Cohen, her innovation of photographing simple nature objects transmits you true feelings of life. She is also famous for her work of old swimming pools all over the world.
