Please tell me who to pick up & how to improve my team

I would pick up Shumaker for Hawpe. Hawpe hasn't done much offensively but Shumaker has. Shumaker is hitting around .300 with lots of runs scored while Hawpe is hitting around .260 with little power or runs. Also, I'd drop Randy Johnson for Dana Eveland. Johnson has allowed lots of runs this year and hasn't struck out as much as he should. Other than that, I think you have a pretty good team. Good luck!
