1. When is a good round to draft DMC in a 4 player draft?

2. If my bench is small and I dont have a backup for someone who has a bye, do I just sign somebody thats a free agent?

Sounds to me like your commissioner has some wacky points totals. I recommend you ask him to change the Quarterbacks totals, or if not you'll obviously want a Quarterback in the first round.
