Fantasy Hockey: Looking for owners

Question

I'm starting a FHL, but am not a veteran. I've only played 1 season before so am still learning. Is anyone looking for a league who is new or fairly new as well? I want committed owners to ensure players do not get trapped on "dead" teams.
