Okay. i lost a lot of weight a year ago and i want help losing some more because i'm still not quite happy with my weight. Also, i still have some leg fat and i really want to loose it!! so this is what i want to know1. some ideas for how to loose more weight (if u used the teqnique, tell me your story please!!)2.
