Fat burning cardio ideas?

I need some good cardio ideas

I have my strength workout done i justt need some cardio ideas

i'm going to run every monday wednesday and friday

but what do i do for tuesday and thursday?

I dont have acess to a gym and i dont have an elliptical trainer

i have a jump rope but i can barley jump for 2 minutes straight without stopping so are there any good endurance building plans for that?

and i have a mini stepper machine

and resistance bands

and a workout ball coming soon

Any good CARDIO ideas

(and i have a busy life so they can only be 20-40 mins please)

  1. Congrats on starting a workout regime! Some great workouts I strongly recommend are on http://www.fitnessmagazine.com where they have specific workouts for body parts you want to firm up. I love the site's videos! Also http://www.sparkpeople.com is another good resource


  2. i have some i deas that can be done right outside your house..some good cardio ideas that i have last about 30 mins..what u can do is high intensity training..what u can do is begging by running a moderate pace for about a minute and when the minute is done.run so fast like if godzilla was chasing you about a 30 seconds or as much as u can last.do this for as many times until the 30mins are over...u will be out of breath i guarantee it.if you need any other types or have questions please ask..ill be glad to help
