I need some good cardio ideasI have my strength workout done i justt need some cardio ideasi'm going to run every monday wednesday and fridaybut what do i do for tuesday and thursday?I dont have acess to a gym and i dont have an elliptical traineri have a jump rope but i can barley jump for 2 minutes straight without stopping so are there any good endurance building plans for that?and i have a mini stepper machineand resistance bandsand a workout ball coming soonAny good CARDIO ideas(and i have a busy life so they can only be 20-40 mins please)Thanks :D
