Ecologically sound: The quality of natural resources is maintained and the vitality of the entire agroecosystem — from humans, crops and animals to soil organisms — is enhanced. All people have the opportunity to participate in decision-making, in the field and in the society. Social unrest can threaten the entire social system, including its agriculture.
