been reading your questions last few days borderlline and now you have reeled me  in to answer one.

fallon must have won you a sh load of money for you to like him so much and guess what i say ?

he is a great jockey.

but what a waste of talent

the tests wernt faulty and you no that borderline

as for the trial well i guess he is got to count himself very fortunate

i dont think any of them could of been found guilty

go to your supermarket and find the biggest can and imagine it full of worms

had they been found gulty then believe me that can would have been opened.

You are in denial my friend.  He failed a drug test last year and now it looks as though he has failed another one.

He must have an addictive personality, as a lot of jockeys do, as don't forget he was treated in rehab for an alcohol problem just a few years ago.

The man is no angel.
