Question:

Feasting on bacon?

would it be considered cruel if a group of ladies get together and slaughter a pig for it's meat?

The pig would be around the 40kg in weight, not large but short with a big belly and very fat thighs.

With all respect to all animals, fresh meat is much delicious and free of injected chemicals.

Should they take the choice of eating it or letting the pig go free?

Please don't need a vege bashing just an honest opinion!

  1. Who owns the pig..... If it is not full of disease and it is not stolen I would eat it.

    This does not sound odd.

  2. if you slautered the pig so that its pain was very very minimal and the process was quick then yeah, go for it.

just not all the time, and try and use up all parts of the pig to not me so wasteful, you could sell parts lie trotters and ears etc if you dont want to eat them.

and it not a pig youve found in a field somewhere is it?lol i dont think the farmer would be too pleased if so

  3. Would you all be naked at the time ?

  4. I suggest you find a farmer who is happy to do the slaughtering for you.  They usually do this for a fee (part of the animal slaughtered).  If you have never lived on a farm or seen an animal slaughtered I suggest you don't try this, it can be very gruesome.

  5. Sounds fine by me. Just as long as you do it humanely, that is. I'd take the choice of eating it.

  6. As long as you know how to humanely and morally do it

not just butchered it till it no longer flinched

sounds like a lovely sunday treat

  7. Yeah. Feasting on Johnny Prescott's 'buns' might prove to be a new and exciting culinary treat, for a mob of carnivorous wenches!

  8. Is it me or this a really weird question?
