Fedex problem? PLEASE HELP ME?

i am tracking a package that was supposed to be delivered today but the status says:

Delivery exception

Delivered to address other than recipient

what does that mean? i am worried because it is a computer and don't want anything to happen to it.

  1. Were you at home when it was delivered?  Perhaps a neighbor signed for it, while you were out?  Contact FedEx right away.


  2. they delivered it to the wrong address

    call the company you had send it and fed ex now to see about filing a claim

  3. Call 1.800.463.3339 and ask them what exactly it means.  It is a free phone call.
