Is it possible to shower with a feeding tube, if so how??

  1. it is possible if the patient can sit or stand on their own. just as long as you cover up the opening to the abdomen with water proof tape..as in surgical tape .. if the patient is mobile it would likely be the preffered method .


  2. Yes, be sure the tube is clamped shut.
