My wrist is sore when I put some pressure on it. I tried to curl my 40 pound dumbbell today and I felt the awkwardness. So now I went to workout but it is not the same with out me lifting the moderate weight. Working out with 15 pounds suck lolIs it okay to take 4 days off. I am affraid all or my 2 month training will go to waste10 pts for B.A.
