Feeling off from workouts?

My wrist is sore when I put some pressure on it. I tried to curl my 40 pound dumbbell today and I felt the awkwardness. So now I went to workout but it is not the same with out me lifting the moderate weight. Working out with 15 pounds suck lol

Is it okay to take 4 days off. I am affraid all or my 2 month training will go to waste

  1. maybe your not doing the exercise correctly and thats why your hurting yourself...but take some time off like you said let it heal, then begin again...

    maybe you need to go to the gym and ask an expert
