Feeling weird after running?

Hi. Started working out recently and i run about 20 min then i take a break but after i feel weird because i cant like puff out my stomach (hard to explain hopefully u know what im talking about) is this good?

  1. Yeah, it means you're just working your muscles, it's ok. When you run, it works your abs too.


  2. that means your muscles are being worked out.
