I'm making a mix CD full of Women Empowering songs. ..

I have a few already:

Don't need a man- Pussycat Dolls

Superwoman- Alicia Keys

Fighter- Christina A.

Anyways.. Can anyone make other suggestions?

I like more upbeat, recent songs.

I'll also add "Stronger" by Britney Spears.

There are obviously a bunch of older ones, like "Respect" by Aretha Franklin (and I think she also did "I'm a W-O-M-A-N") and "I Am Woman" by Helen Reddy.  You could probably try googling "female empowerment songs" and see what comes up that's more recent.
