Fiancee in jail awaiting arraingment?

my fiancee(dad to my kids)turned himself in thrusday on his regular visit to his probation officer and got arrested for having a warrant for violation of probation....driving on a suspended license..he went to see the judge the next morning who gave him no bond and scheduled another court date for mid september...what do you think the judge will do at that time? will they just give him time served and let him go? please help..he is the breadwinner of this family!! the last time he did this, he got released on bond then served 30 days when he went to court. he has a suspended license for unpaid parking tickets from long ago...he never has had a D.U.I...before he went in this time, he tried to get a hardship license but they wanted 1,800 to clear away the fines but we just did not have it at the time.

He has to tell them he has a court date in another county. They will provide. The road to recovery is a hard rocky one. You deserve a medal for putting up with such nonsense.

He may or may not learn, it doesn't sound like he gets it yet.

Maybe you need to abandon him for a few days while he realizes you won't tolerate anymore bull.

I have just got out of a womans prison in england and my friend in there was doing a 4 month sentence for driving whilst disqualified. maybe america is different though. and yes the judge will issue a warrant for arrest.
