Fifth Wheel Length Opinion?

Question

We are in the process of getting a fifth wheel travel trailer, we want to be able to go to most State and Federal National Parks. What is maximum length that is allowed. Furthermore, can passengers ride in the back of the fifth wheel while being towed. Is it comfortable, advisable... We usually travel in a group of 8 to 10 and don't want to drive separate cars. Thanks

I do not necessarily agree. I haven't had a fifth wheel for a while, but it used to be legal to ride in the fifth wheel as long as you had communication with the tow vehicle.

And, why is it incredibly unsafe?
