  1. hit the jaw its the easiest spot to aim for that can knock them out

  2. Based on that type of question only, the most effective is the bridge of the nose.

I  have to agree with war1776 100%, only as the knockout attack. But my answer only relates to the stun part only.

  3. If you just want to stun them, the side of the neck between the ear and the base of the skull can either stun of KO the opposer. the nose will make their eyes tear up. a swift lunge to the neck between the adams apple and the chin will temporarily choke them. a hit under the chin (there are a large number of nerves there) can KO the opposer.

  4. First of all try NOT to fight first and talk it out, if that doesn't solve it then try a one inch punch or palm strike it would push a person your average size down FAR but that takes years of practice in a wing chun school. But if your trying to knock them unconscious hit them in the across the chin hard or use chinese dim mak (pressure points) which works pretty well if you know how to use it.

  5. Just poke him in the eye. Nobody can fight when they've been popped in the eye.

  6. An open handed strike to the face works great.  Also a finger jab to the throat (lightly). If you really want to get nasty, a knee to the stomach or groin, followed by another knee to the face as he doubles over. Finish by sweeping him to the ground, or a downward elbow to the back of the head. In my experience, it's hard to take someone out with just one strike.

  7. Knee to the crotch.
