1. Where two socks on each foot. Always works!

 2. well i used to figure skate and when i did i found that, that was happening to me to just were socks it makes an extra padding and no blisters.

 3. It sounds to me like this boot is not right for your foot or you were not fitted correctly. Have you had Jacksons in the past and have you had any trouble?

 4. Here's what you do, I have Jacksons as well, this might sound a little odd but it works, take a pantyliner, cut it and stick it inside of the boot. It should keep your foot from rubbing the back of the skate but if that doesn't work, you can get those spongey things you wrap around your heels and ankles.

 5. It sound like your skates don't fit. You should buy riedel. they mold and bend much better than jackson. Good luck.

 6. I would get new skates! That is too many problems for skates that are supposed to fit right. Also I heard from the person that i get my skates from that you are only supposed to punch out your boots like 3 times. Not 4 or 5. You might also want to switch brands although i do not know which ones are better because i been skating in Jackson's for 6 years.
