i want to beat the game im on disc 4 start and cant beat sorceress adel, how do you junction and all that stuff..like how do you give people stuff, i know how to do gf's but how to do all the other stuff

Let's start with the easy one first--to upgrade weapons go to a shop and you will see a list of items in the shop menu that you need to upgrade a particular weapon.  If you have the items, great!  You can upgrade.

As far as junctioning is concerned, it really isn't all that complicated.  Review the tutorial first.  Now, try to have at least 100 of each magic.  As an example, if you have 100 Thundagas, junction these to Elemental Defense and you will be immune to all Thunder attacks and can possibly absorb Thunder to increase HP.  Pain is one killer of an attack, but if it is junctioned to Status Defense you are protected against a host of status ailments.  Junctioning Ultima to HP will dramatically increase your HP.  It's just a matter of personal preference as to how you want to improve your characters.  Try out different combinations and see what works best for you.
