Find a good pediatric dentist?

Hello, can anybody recommend me a good pediatric dentist who would works with small child without sedation. Or at least tell me, please, how to find such a doctor in the Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale, Phoenix area (Arizona,US).

All that need to be done is a simple filling but the child is 4 and scared of doctors.
