Finding an Apartment in TJ Mexico?

Question

I have decided to move over the border into Tijuana Mexico as I am on Social Security and cannot afford to live in San Diego any longer. How do I go about this. Any ideas?

Also I'd like to mention that the wait for senior housing is many years in Southern California so it won't help to suggest that. I'm on and have been on all the lists. I've sold everything I have to supplement my SS check and will shortly be on the street if I do not move over the border into something within my budget..
