Finishing in traffic?

i need help with finishing. i can a lot of the times get to the rim because im pretty quick but i have trouble finishing, a lot of times its because help comes and idk how to react to the defense. like wat kinda shot should i take? how do i know?

Well if your being guarded by multiple defenders pass it to an open man. If your just being guarded by 1 cross them over and get passed them.
