Fire State Trooper - why?

Okay, so Sarah Palin is/was under investigation for trying to have her sisters ex-husband fired from the State Police. Whole this may seem a trifle vindictive and an abuse of power does anyone know the real reason why she wanted this man GONE.

Surely there must be deeper underlying issues involved. here. I can't see her jeopardizing her political career over a simple divorce issue. What else did this man do to incur her wrath.

Does anyone know the REAL FACTS?

And can this be made to " GO AWAY" or will it follow her for the rest of her Political career? Other Politicians have done a lot worse and they are still at the trough.

He used his tazer on his 13 year old son.

He needed to be fired.
