First Period? Help?

I found brown spots in my panties yesterday. When ever I would wipe a little of the brown would come too. For the whole day. And, it's doing the same today.

Is it my first period?

If It's not how much longer till I get it? And, how much longer with this brown stuff?

Yes, its your period. Your first period usually isn't normal so it can last for up to ten days but it usually is a week.

). It is very personal and pre-menstrual "signals" (strange discharges, breast tense, abdomen pain, etc.) can come 1-2 days or 2-3 months or 11-12 months in advance. most likely yes. i got mine when i was 12. and my friend when she was 9.  and that sounds about right. tell your mom or anyone trusted adult. they will help you and assure you everything is ok.

Don't panic.

Just go tell your mom it might be scary but shes been through it to.

And don't think she'll get mad.

Its actually a very good sign!!!

it means your healthy and you can have a baby!!
