First period...help!!!!!...easy 10 points!!!!!?

ok i just got mi period for the first time...and i didnt have any warnings...like i just woke up one day and there was blood all over mi underwear...i didnt have ne cramps...or anything..it lasted for 4 days...why didnt i have ne signs !?....help!!...

Its happens when it happens you cant stop it

Some people get signs

others dont

its just something you gotta get use to !

well i dont suppose you always need signs, my first period was when i was changing for gym, i went into the bathroom stall,(i like my privacy) and then all of a sudden i see there's blood everywhere in my undies. so i wouldn't worry, i never had signs either,(besides discharge) also your period should be irregular for a while, so dont get stressed out when that happens.

if it's your first period, you most likely wont.

I remember when i got mine, i went to the bathroom and there it was..

same with my friend she didn't know until she went to the bathroom and found out...

i don't think the hormones have set in long enough to give you those warnings, but then again i'm not really a doctor...:/

but i'd say it's pretty common.

Well thats perfectly normal, you can consider yourself really really lucky that you dont get cramps or anything like that and that it doesnt go for long.

Be happy about it, not worried :)

But so you know in the future when it comes, maybe write down when you get it so you know when you can expect it next.

Nah, just happened to me too, was in the middle of a holiday, just about to head out for the day with my parents and went to the bathroom before the raod trip and there it was! No signs. I hand;t really developed b*****s either really. I got mine when I was 11.

No cramps to begin with does NOT mean none later, don't want to scare you but I wouldn't wish for any signs if I were you!! I had cramps that had me crumpled up in bed each month. This is not normal though. Usually cramps are either mild to moderate and can be relieved by pain killers, warmth and exercise. You might notice you get a bit of PMS before hand too, feel a bit more irritable and sensitive, but that also depends on each person. Can take from a couple of months to two years for your periods to become regular.

its common for your period to be surprising and irregular to beging with...dont worry!

the best thing is to carry pads and stuff with you all the time, so that you dont get caught out again...

and be thankful you got away without the pains or mood swings...they're  not pleasant lol

that happened to me. i didn't feel anything.

nothing to worry about.

i just went to the toilet and then i saw it.

but u'll probabaly get cramps later on

so don't wish for it.
